Retrieve your Aegis license key
If you still have access to your paired mobile device, this is the quickest recovery method and does not require an internet connection.
This method does not require an internet connection. Key retrieval requires biometric verification on your phone.
If you've lost access to your phone, enter the email address you used when purchasing Aegis. If it matches our records, we'll send your license key to that email.
⚠️ Security Notice: Your license key will be sent directly to the email address on file. Ensure your email account is secure. Do not share access to your email with untrusted parties — anyone with access to your registered email could recover your license key and pair a device. A paired mobile device would receive Aegis verification prompts for transactions initiated from the paired desktop browser.
Trial users: Free trial licenses are not associated with an email address and cannot be recovered via email. If you reinstall the extension on the same device, your existing trial will be restored automatically with its original expiry date. Trial periods are not extended or reset upon reinstallation.
